1. Contractual Relations
These terms and conditions represent a legal agreement between the Logistech platform and its users. The Logistech application is an electronic platform that enhances logistics sector efficiency by providing a unique experience for individuals and workers.
2. Eligibility for Services
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are not a competitor of Logistech
- Your use of Logistech services has not been previously suspended or disabled
- You have full authority to enter into this agreement
- You have no prior judicial record or arrest warrants
3. Scope of License
Logistech provides you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal purposes only. Under this license, you must:
- Not resell or sublicense the services to third parties
- Not share account credentials
- Not modify or reverse engineer the platform
- Comply with all shipping policies
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being transported through our platform:
- Alcoholic beverages and intoxicants
- Illegal substances and drugs
- Dangerous materials and weapons
- Counterfeit products
- Items exceeding 5,000 SAR in value
- Human organs or body parts
- Protected cultural artifacts
5. Payment Terms
Users must pay for services in cash upon delivery. Failure to pay may result in account suspension until all outstanding payments are settled. Logistech reserves the right to implement new service fees with prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content and related materials are the property of Logistech. Users may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
7. Liability and Indemnification
Logistech is not liable for:
- Service quality provided by independent delivery partners
- Damages caused by platform use or inability to use the platform
- Accuracy of information provided through the platform
- Third-party actions or content
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must notify Logistech immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
9. Modifications to Service
Logistech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms and conditions periodically.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Saudi Arabian law.
